Hi everyone, welcome to my blog!

August 17th, 2007

riepose2.jpgMy name is Rie Congelio and I am a yoga instructor.

I teach at The Houstonian, Urban Kneads and several corporate sites as well as private instruction and special events.

My husband set up this blog for me and is actually typing this copy in so that there is something here when he shows it to me for the first time. Hopefully I will like it and want to post to it soon and often.

This would be a great site for me to post my schedule for the month, post announcements, vacation dates, special events, etc.

I can also post links to yoga sites that I love, blogs of friends, interesting websites…just about anything I want!

If you like what you see or have an opinion about something, please feel free to click on “Comment” below and let us know what you’re thinking.

Soon, I will have a Flickr account where I can post photos of me, my daughter, Elena, and all my friends and families.

Thanks for stopping by and I look forward to “talking” with you soon!
